2. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is complete only upon receipt of full payment or an approved installment agreement
• Seat availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion
• Course content, schedules, and trainers are subject to change with reasonable notice

3. Course Access & Materials

• Course materials (recordings, slides, lab guides) are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, redistribute, resell, or republish any course materials
• Lab access is provided for the duration of the course plus 30 days post-completion
• Access credentials must not be shared with third parties

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend sessions regularly and engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with Thick Brain Technology staff
• Not use our lab environments for unauthorized, illegal, or unethical purposes

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Certification

• Thick Brain Technology certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Our certificates are not the same as official vendor certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) which require separate exams
• We prepare you for official vendor certification exams but cannot guarantee exam outcomes

6. Placement Support

• Placement support is provided as a best-effort service and is not guaranteed
• Job placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements
• We do not guarantee specific salary packages or placement within specific companies
• Placement statistics represent historical outcomes and may not reflect current market conditions

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, logos, and trademarks are owned by Thick Brain Technology. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thick Brain Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
