Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Thick Brain Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality Cloud, DevOps, and AI training. We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
๐ Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the course after the first 2 sessions.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first class session
- You have attended no more than 2 class sessions
- You submit a refund request via email to info@thickbraintechnologies.com with your enrollment details
2. Partial Refund
A partial refund of 50% may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Request made between 8-14 days after enrollment
- Student has attended more than 2 but fewer than 5 sessions
- Medical emergency with documentation
3. No Refund Policy
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after 14 days of enrollment
- Student has attended 5 or more class sessions
- Course materials, recordings, or lab access have been extensively used
- Refund requested after certification has been issued
- Batch transfer requests (we offer free batch transfers as an alternative)
4. Course Cancellation by Thick Brain Technology
In the rare event that we cancel a course or batch:
- We will offer a full refund or free transfer to an equivalent upcoming batch
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation
5. Batch Transfer Policy
We offer free batch transfers as an alternative to refunds:
- You can transfer to any upcoming batch of the same or equivalent course
- Batch transfers are available up to 30 days from enrollment
- One free transfer is allowed per enrollment
6. How to Request a Refund

- Include: Your enrollment ID, reason for refund, and contact number
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
7. Payment Processing
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount. UPI/NEFT refunds typically take 3-5 business days; card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
